The Notification of staying in the Kingdom for more than 90 days

Foreigners who have been permitted to stay in the Kingdom temporarily and staying in the Kingdom for more than 90 days, that foreigners have a duty to report their residence to the Immigration Office staff every 90 days. 

Foreigners can notify their residence before 15 days or after 7 days from the due date. If the appointment is overdue or after the deadline for notification has passed, the foreigner must report himself in order to process the fine of THB2,000. 

In the case of a foreigner leaving the country before the next appointment is due, please start counting again on the latest date of entry. 

 

Obtaining the Re-entry Permit

A re-entry permit is a document that allows a person to leave and re-enter a country during the validity period of their visa or residence permit without jeopardizing their immigration status 

There are two type of the re-entry permit i.e. single re-entry the fee will be THB1,000 and multiple re-entry, the fee will be THB3,800.
